About Hadar

Hadar LLC is a family-owned real-estate company operating rental property in Philadelphia.

We built our own management platform because the software we tried did not handle the part that takes the most time: talking to residents. Maintenance requests, emergencies and payment questions arrive at every hour, and every one of them is a judgement call about urgency.

The platform is early and we are candid about what it does and does not do yet. If you want to see it, we would rather show you than describe it.
